It is 100% original down to the original band and 18K AP buckle and presents as about a 9.5 out of 10. Its 18K gold case presents as just short of mint with signs of polishing. Its dial is original and perfect. Its Audemars Piguet mechanism is very clean.
Note that in the photos the gold tone came out looking a little off-color. It is traditional 18K yellow gold and the dial matches well.
It has just had a new battery installed and any needed servicing performed by a Master Watchmaker.
